I was there today at this outlet and purchased 4 pairs of sneakers/shoes. They have so many different varieties of sketchers and I was no longer sure what kind of sneaker or shoe I should get so I asked the girl at the desk to explain to me what was the difference between all of these sneakers. She was very happy to explain that to me and was very curteous and kept coming back to see if I needed any help. I will go back whenever I need any more sneakers because they are so comfortable.
If you need assistance with finding a size or color, don't bother going to this store. The staff all hang around the cash register talking amongst themselves and totally ignore anyone shopping until they walk up to the register. They will then point you in the right direction but not actually walk over and help you.
