The elderly lady that attended to me was very courteous. I wear a size 14 and I got what I wanted.
Their selection of shoes (especially Wide width) shoes was pretty crummy when I visited the store. They were also missing a lot of common sizes. I left disappointed.
It would help if the staff was friendly rather than grumpy women - 3 visits in a row!!
Today I overheard an associate who forced herself on us (we didn't need any help nor asked for help) saying, "these people have been here for ever. Looks like they don't know what they need." (Yes, it takes time to buy 6 pairs of shoes). Rude responses to any questions asked, specially the associate at the check out register.
