they are now adding fake reviews to keep their rating at 5 stars, I'm pretty sure thats not right. I received a quote and a time frame for the work. 12 hours before the job(after 8 day wait) they tell me they can't and WILL NOT COME because they won't take the time to learn code and do it safely. 3 different employees from Powell saw the job, and said they would do it. if you are pressed for time or need to know that they can be relied on, CALL SOMEONE ELSE. unbelievably rude on the phone as well, cursing and saying nasty things. told me to "shut my #$%ing mouth". reporting to BBB. after the explosion in Clinton, I decided to get a pro and put all my faith in them. bad decision.
