Excellent work was completed for my daughter and myself in 2011. I have attempted on two (2) occassions to call Affordable for more work (February of 2013, and July of 2013). On both occassions, two of my calls were not returned. I do not understand why, I paid my bill at the time of work completed. I assumed Affordable would be my long standing plumber after the initial work. My previous plumber retired in the summer of 2011, when Affordable worked at my home, and my daughter's home. This is not acceptable.
