overall, its a dangerous, miserable place to live. avoid at ALL costs.
there is nothing good to be had here, unless you like being robbed and seeing empty heroin bags/needles, broken glass, roaming untrained dogs, and gunshots almost weekly in the woods nearby.
Drug dealers, needles, fires, houses exploding, murders, home invasions - if this sounds fun to you, go ahead and move in to Evergreen Springs. every other house here is a multiple felon, it is literally dangerous(physically) living here. there is a solid chance you will be assaulted, robbed several times, be offered cocaine/heroin regularly by our friendly neighborhood dealers, you WILL find needless constantly in the road, and a new home burns down every year. the rent goes up every year, and worse people move in every year. they add more "houses" so there is less room but still charge the same, and forget about getting out of the park if theres snow - they take their sweet time plowing.
