I had to file a formal complaint against her, avoid making an appointment with her, she will make your sick child wait half an hour, but if you are 4 minutes late, she will refuse to see you. Unless you are 10 minutes late and have state insurance and a translator, then its ok. Burnadette should lose her license and be banned from working withthe general public.
Beth is wonderful! I trust her and have the best quality of care. The front office is helpful with their part as well.
