We have teenage kids and buy plenty at Zumiez. Have to say that our experience is always consistently great. I was recently searching for something special for my son's 16th birthday and I called the Meriden store closest to my house. I spoke with Teddy P who went out of his way to locate the item I was looking for. In the Clinton store where Teddy located the item, I worked with Erin who was amazing. She was not only welcoming and so much fun, she knew so much about the products and gave us a great deal of confidence in what we purchased. So appreciative of her service and that of the Zumiez staff in general!!
